He has currently specialized in wild cuisine. He discovers new products and flavors upon his botanical knowledge which he reproduces in his Santa Beatriz Garden, where there are bees, chickens, and trout, among others. He manufactures his own ceramics in his workshop with totally natural materials.
He is the spokesperson for the Save The Children organization of Colombia. He was recognized as the Revelator Chef by the La Barra Magazine in 2014. He was named among 100 most outstanding Colombians in both 2014 and 2016 for his contribution to the Colombian cuisine by the Don Juan Magazine. He is currently the executive chef not only of the catering company 5 Senses, where he specializes in haute cuisine events, but also of the restaurant Canasto Picnic Bistró. He played the role of invited judge in two different seasons of Master Chef Colombia. In 2016, he was invited as a guest chef at Master Chef Poland. He is a member of the Cocineros a Punto Team (Chef on Time Team) and of the FOGÓN
COLOMBIA Association (COLOMBIAN STOVES Association).
On 8th December 2017, he will come to Club America Latina to prepare a Special Dinner for 11 Ambassadors of Latina America.
